Our approach

Recovery happens in real life, not just in a treatment room.

That's why we focus on functional rehabilitation — helping you manage the stairs, get in and out of the car, return to work, or get back to your favourite activities.

Common questions

Do you offer physiotherapy at home?
Yes. We provide physiotherapy at home across Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall and surrounding areas for patients who find travelling to a clinic difficult. Home visits mean we can assess and treat you in the environment where you actually need to function — your stairs, your bathroom, your living room.
Do I need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You can contact us directly without a referral from your GP. Just tell us what’s happening and we’ll arrange an assessment.
What happens at my first appointment?
We’ll take a detailed history, carry out a physical assessment, and explain what we’ve found in plain terms. You’ll leave knowing what’s going on, what treatment involves, and how long it’s likely to take.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
An initial assessment is £60 (45 minutes) and follow-up sessions are £30 (30 minutes). Sports massage is £50 for 60 minutes and £35 for 30 minutes. Full pricing is on our pricing page.
How long is an appointment?
An initial assessment is 45 minutes. Follow-up physiotherapy sessions are 30 minutes. Sports massage appointments are available at 30 or 60 minutes.
Can you help after an operation?
Yes. We provide structured rehabilitation after joint replacement, spinal surgery, ligament reconstruction and other procedures. The sooner you start, the better the outcome — contact us before your surgery if possible.
Do you provide neurological rehabilitation after a stroke?
Yes. We offer specialist neurological physiotherapy after stroke, and for conditions including Parkinson’s disease and MS. Many patients benefit from continuing rehabilitation beyond NHS discharge.
